Finished work thought Id go pick up a 12 piece box of chicken cost of $51.40, got home only to realize there wasnt any breasts in the boxe called the store and complained and was told that the server put 2 breasts in the box
I asked her that I would bring the box back so she could have a look and then was told no need because the rib she put in was the same as the breast, I find that hard to believe when the breast it the most expensive part of the chicken none where included. She also informed me that I need to specify that I want the breasts included which is totally wrong
If you verify that the rib is the same as the breast that would be appropriated, nothing like spending my hard earned money on legs ribs and side
This is not the first time Im picked up Popeyes chicken from other locations and never an issue only this store

I ordered a chicken wrap, poutine, coleslaw and biscuit, also a 4 piece chickem meal. When I recieved it, it was pathetic and infuriating to see.
My wrap was literally smaller than a snack wrap at McD's, keep in mind this was supposed to be a "meal". I felt like a child ordering a kids meal. I have a picture to prove it also.
Second my chicken meal was dry and texture was as if it was cooked the day before and rewarmed for service. I DO NOT PAY 35$ for REWARMED CHICKEN.
VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED.
I would not recommend Popeyes to friends or family and would caution my social media followers to avoid it completely.

Terrible experience in drive thru Popeyes Windermere currents branch on February 17. After ordering 4 tenders platters, they did not mention deliberately that 5 orders were punched & charged instead of 4, when I asked to verify how much order was charged, as the crews had given us 5 drinks, the 2 staff checked the monitor and mentioned to us that 4 orders was charged and treat the extra one drink given as free & complimentary.
I asked the crew to check again if there is something wrong, they said they charged correctly for 4 orders and not admitting error on their part.
While waiting for the food to arrive
I checked my bank and how much is the charge, I realized and computed based on menu prices that it seems to be really overpriced for 4 orders, so I came inside the Popeyes and demanded a receipt, but the crew did not give it to me, only then the drive thru staff came forward that they had error and charged me 5 orders.
It was refunded for one overpriced item.
I didn't want to make a scene but dishonest crew should NOT be tolerated and normalized.
These two people in the drive thru on February 17 evening knows there is error, but did not promptly fix it right away. I hope no other customers will be swindled by this bad practice.

Dear Popeyes Customer Service Team,
I am writing to bring to your attention a service issue I recently experienced at the Popeyes location in Jeffersonville, Indiana (Store 12189). On my visit, I made a purchase totaling $66.34 which included a fish sandwich.
Upon my arrival home, I realized that the fish sandwich was omitted from my order.
I attempted to rectify the situation by contacting the store directly. However, my efforts were impeded by communication difficulties. The primary contact number provided (812-725-****) consistently yielded a busy signal, and an alternate number listed on the receipt (812-844-****) was unfortunately out of service. These communication barriers are concerning as they prevent customers from easily addressing issues that may arise.
Due to the lack of telephone communication options, I had no alternative but to return to the store in person to collect the missing item.
Considering the magnitude of my order, I had previously inquired if all items were included, to which I was assured they were. Upon returning to the store, no compensation, such as a complimentary drink or a similar gesture, was offered for the inconvenience and the additional time expenditure required to resolve the mistake.
This is not the first occurrence of oversight at this particular location, and it has become a recurring concern.
I hope this feedback will prompt an improvement in the store's order accuracy and customer response mechanisms.
Could you please advise on how such situations may be better handled in the future? I look forward to your prompt response and a resolution to these recurring inconveniences.

Bought 3 chicken sandwiches, 2 spicy and 1 mild. The mild sandwich had a very hard consistency.
After eating half of it, the ticker part of the sandwich got worse, I opened it and was pink and stringy in the middle. I drove back to the restaurant to complain. Once I arrived, I explained what happened, he gave me a new sandwich and a refund. However, however, this is unacceptable to serve chicken this way and are not the standards that Popeyes is know for.
Their timers on the fryers need to be inspected or better training is needed. I hope I dont get sick. Parents check your kids food before ordering here and/or your food. Next time play it safe and eat somewhere else.
Head office, inspect this location.
Very disappointing Popeyes Fonthill. Dont eat here.

No customer service, no concern for customer, I guess I’ll just have to post all my concerns on social media
I find it funny that one of your statements is you care about the customers I find through my experience that you dont care about the customers one bit. On February 8 at one of your restaurant locations in Saint Albert the one next to Costco I watched a family wait 18 minutes for their order, as she carried it to her table, she had to return a third of the order back to the counter because it was wrong.
The so-called supervisor and I use that term very lightly said she would fix it for her in two minutes nine minutes later, the customer received her order , this incident occurred at 1 oclock in the afternoon where as a supervisor (Again, I use the term lightly) Shouldve had operations and the shift prepped to provide proper customer service. Apparently at Popeyes they can take as long as they want to serve the customer and when its wrong all they have to do is say sorry and make the customers wait even longer. When I asked to speak to the supervisor, she confirmed that she was one my response to her was no no youre not, it is very apparent you have no training to run an efficient restaurant operation or shift that supplies customer service. I then had to ask for an owners number and name which I have called three times and she has never returned my call.
I also think thiswebsite you talk about being professional and yet this website to place a complaint is called pissed customer I dont feel like that is a very professional term to be using.
My personal experiences at the same location the wait time for orders is usually between 15 and 18 minutes so once again, no consideration, just take the money and you provide nothing. And once again again, it shows youre not concerned about the customers when the so-called higher supervisor cant even return a phone call you have nothing in place to deal with customer complaints and believe me you have many
User's recommendation: Do not frequent this restaurant location you will be provided with no customer service. All they’re interested in is making a transaction. They have no management skills to prepare a shift or ability to serve you in a timely manner. And when they are wrong, they do not offer any type of refund or substitute, all they say is sorry and expect you to wait an additional 10 minutes
