Object found in chicken nugget

On March 4, 2022 I purchased an 8 pack of chicken nuggets. I bit into a nugget and found a foreign object. It was either plastic or a sliver of bone. It cut my gum. Certainly not impressed.

Something great is missing

Only thing I wanna say is chicken is awesome ,the whole meal was awesome ,but there's something special missing at popeyes. You really need to look into carrying jalapeño poppers and pickled jalapeños like your competitor.

POOR service *** chicken

$27 for OLD and greasy chicken. It was not fit to eat. Also ordered some nuggets. They were also not fit to eat. I dont know what else you want me to say. It was the WORST chicken I have ever had.

Went into your napanee location. Placed my order just before 3pm. Wasnt given a receipt but I can tell you the order in hopes that it helps you look up my order. I purchased your 16 piece chicken meal, no wings. Popcorn shrimp. 2 chicken sandwiches. 4 buttermilk ranch dips and a honey mustard dip. Brought the meal hoke to my family to enjoy and had to toss all the chicken. It was all undercooked and slimy. Wish I would of opted for the tenders to be honest that way I didnt have 5 hungry kids waiting for me to cook a whole new meal. I don't live in napanee, I'm in Westport. That's over an hour away so returning it to the store simply wasnt an option. I was totally discussed and grossed out by the food. $75 wasted!

Mask issues

Most of the staff doesnt cover their nose and mouth with the mask and it only sits on the chin, and sadly your supervisor/manager is one of them. I am pretty sure they do t breathe through their chin. I get it that its hard to wear the mask at all times, but I work too and keep it on at all times and expect the same when I am visiting a business.

Utter frustration

For the 4th and final time, I attended at Popeyes on Hunt Club Rd, Ottawa, to order an 8 piece chicken meal. Told it would take 15 minutes or so, I paid the premium price (debit only, no cash, due to covid19) and proceeded to wait outside, as the 4 person limit indoors was not being enforced. When the order was ready, I was told they only had 3 pieces of white meat and asked if I would take legs/thighs/wings for the remaining pieces. As they had done this 3 times previously, I had had enough and asked for a refund. They could not credit my debit card (the only payment they would accept) and could only offer me cash money. I will not attend this location again. Ever.

Bad customer practices

Got a gift card when I tried to use could not they don't take them. Then why do they sell them? Was told call different stores see if the take it. This is very bad business practice! They will take your money for them but you cannot use them REALLY! SAD A COMPANY WILL RIP OFF THE PUBLIC TO GAIN A BUCK!

The staff at the window was very rude

The cashier was rolling her neck and eyes. Not intuned to correctly taking the order. Items were missed from the order. I understand the staff maybe overworked and uncomfortable working while COVID19 is in affect. You never know who your serving and the impact on that person you have. We are dealing with our family member getting off of a ventilator and out of a coma due to COVID 19. That meal was our meal to celebrate our good news. We choose the wrong restaurant. Instead of enjoying a nice meal that we have not had in 8 days. We had to find a way to stretch the meal because items were missed. Please explain and train your staff in customer relations. This is something chick fil a has mastered. I hate money and time was sent at your location. I will make a better decision next time I want a good meal
