So I visited the store at 2234 Feb 3, there was one indian girl working. i ordered onion rings large, I asked for signature sauce, which is customary, every Popeyes give free, so I asked for another one - she charged me 82 cents, she gave me 2 more, then I said you charged me 82 cents, I said you charged me for 2, I asked for 1.
For which I asked refund, then she denied me for refund said it's only 40 cents, I said still it's money.
Then she gave me some coins, didn't return money in Original payment method which was debit.
Then she was giving me bad attitude that she doesn't own this store and I should leave the store, I was entirely time respectful and this is what I get.
Anyway this information is for potential customers who would buy from this store.
So I request management please get people who have customer service etiquettes.
I work in service industry too, this is very bad outlook.
The fun parts starts here, when I was writing this review in store, girls were talking in Panjabi which I am fortunate to understand, they were using profane language in their own language, I ignored it.
After that I left the coin and sauces on the table and I threw the coin off table where the same lady shouted also throw the food here, which I did, I threw the food, it costed me 8.80, so how Popeye's gonna refund me this wasted money + my 80 cents. Hopefully there shall be resolution or I shall make sure to give this piece of story to my friends in media.
Please check the cameras to verify since she didn't provide me receipt
User's recommendation: Don't deal with staff, they don't know customer service.
Monetary Loss: $9.
Preferred solution: Full refund.

On another review you said that the food was cold. How did you know that if it was left behind?
If you want to fully refund, you must return all the food. If you really worked in the same field, I hope you had to deal with entire customers like yourself.
Working in a similar field, you would know that you have to return things far refund.
I doubt she asked to leave if you were polite. So stop lying.
